Nothing fantastic but it served it's purpose. Check in was great and the breakfast was decent considering it's included in the cost of your stay; you can't ask for much more than that. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean. I did not eat at the breakfast as I had a very early flight. Only things is the hotel is pretty out dated. But would stay here again!

I stay there a couple weeks ago because I had an early flight, and was so happy with my stay I checked in again when I return.
Rest assured, I will use this place every time I fly out of Austin.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, fast WiFi and perfect ac setting in the room. Loved it! Would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Austin

The staff at check in was great. Super friendly and even put my friend and I on the same floor when I asked. Our rooms got upgraded too! I’m in Texas a lot for work so I’ll definitely be keeping this hotel on my frequent stay list when I’m in Austin!

Check-in with Nora was exceptional! As walk-ins, she was both welcoming and accommodating, as we came in wet and tired from walking in the rain. She offered us breakfast and a place to store our luggage, while we searched online for rates. She gave us a good rate so we booked with her.
