Amenities. Phone was not working,
Toilet door was not getting locked. There was no hot water in the shower, we couldn’t take bath. TV didn’t had any signal, so couldn’t use the TV

We had a nice stay, place was clean and check in was fast. We enjoyed breakfast, they did a great job assuring the food stayed stocked. The room was a little warm when arrived and through the night, after adjusted the AC it stayed cool, but not as cold as i liked.

Keys stopped working and we got locked out of our room changed to a different room and same problem. Carts for luggage are horrible wheels don’t turn and they have to be pulled and pushed

The AC was great, but the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The restroom in the lobby was disgusting

Room was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the AC worked great. Breakfast was better than it most other hotels.

did not receive fresh towels Saturday or Sunday. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The water pressure at the sink was poor. The staff was very friendly though.
