Check in was great, very sweet lady. The next day, the lady working front desk was less than helpful and very rude. Hateful to guests checking in as well as my family. Will not be staying here in the future. I hate it for the kind lady when we checked in.

Ok but pricey for room.

The room is outdated but the bed was comfortable. Not sure the ac was working properly because the room stayed stuffie. Breakfast was minimal for the price of the stay.

Upgrades needed.

My room did not have adequate mobile phone charging ports. The two that were there on one sidevof the bed, was not srongvenough for two chargers. The curtains would not draw closed to darken the room at night.

The best hotel in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was traveling to Houston during a bad thunderstorm. Was greeted at the front desk and front desk agent very helpful. I felt at home. I thought the lobby was cozy and like the tv on so I could decide to book a room and not to continue driving on my trip.

Ladies at front desk very helpful and generous by offering a grab bag for bfast and some cookies. Thank you!

Too pricy for an outdated hotel.

Rust on most metal surfaces, couch was unusable (old and too worn), the chair was severely stained and tiled flooring in bathroom area was slippery (not clean!). Curtain was broken so we had to rig it to stay closed. Just overall dated inside!!
