Nice stay. Clean and comfortable room. The parking area is gated and locked, which I appreciated. Only issue was the toilet needed a replacement part in the back to stop from making noise and constant running of the water. I informed staff so they could work on that. It can be a bit noisy if you have an outside room b/c it's by the interstate but other than that, no complaints. It's not far from the downtown area in morning commute traffic too (about 25-30 mins). I would recommend to others and would stay again.

The total for the two-day stay was $195.50. BUT, we paid $293.45. Dates of Stay: 11/12/21 - 11/14/21 I was billed $97.95 (My Husband's Credit Card) for the first night's stay. Megon billed me again $195.50 (My Credit Card) upon checkout. Megon at the front desk was asked Not to Use my husband's credit card as the payment source. Therefore, I handed her my VISA Card as the payment source. That night, my husband received an alert from his bank regarding the $97.95 transaction. We visited the front desk to question Megon about the $97.95 charge; why was that card used? And why did we have to pay for the first night? She stated that she had changed the credit card per my request, which was an untrue statement. Before going to the front desk, I accessed my Marriott account and discovered that my husband's card was still listed as the primary payment source. However, after speaking with her, I returned to our room, logged back into my Marriott account, and discovered that Megon had just removed my husband's credit card. Why Lie? I contacted Marriott's customer care three times regarding this matter. I provided proof of payment charged to my husband's card, which verified the 1st transaction in the amount of $97.95. AND, provided proof of payment of the 2nd payment from my credit card in the amount of $195.50. Also, a copy of the hotel bill was included in the email to Marriott customer care, requesting credit of $97.95 back to my husband's credit card. Since November 14, 2021, we have made several attempts for reimbursement, but that has yet been realized! Megon's behavior was deliberate and inexcusable. She also placed two separate hold in the amount of $300.00 each to my credit card, Marriott Customer Care resolved this particular issue.

I had a blast everything wented great. The guy who checked me in was very professional with his work.The room was nice and set up real well. The only problem I had was the tv was a little outdated but, I made it work to my advantage to make myself comfortable. Other than that everything else was nice. I also enjoy the Breakfast everything was cook well and it fill me I thank you!! Looking forward to my next stay and maybe I will bring something to enjoy what I experience. Thank you for the comfort!!

Absolutely not a tourist destination. Surrounding area is terrible. Comfortable room in a decent hotel. The daytime desk clerk could not have been more friendly, helpful, and professional. He always stood near the front desk, answered the phone on the first ring, and treated every guest like a big spender. The evening desk clerk was the polar opposite. She spent her entire shift sitting in the restaurant area with construction worker guests who were drinking beer. After trying to call the front desk several times, I walked down and realized why no one was answering the phone. The desk clerk was nowhere near the desk. Parking appeared to be secure when the gates were closed. Nice heated swimming pool and very minimalist workout room. The surrounding area is absolutely awful. I would not recommend anyone walking in a great distance from this hotel. I walked from the hotel to a Burger King, approximately 10 minute walk. You're passing under a freeway overpass which is stuffed with homeless encampments. The area is ugly and smells of chemical. There is absolutely no reason to stay at those hotel unless you're doing business nearby.

Best hotel I ever stayed. Friendly staff and profesional. Will come back for sure. Room are clean and confortable. I have been here many times and they are on top of their game. Try and experience the warm hospitality they have.

Crystal and the entire staff are always so very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always very clean and comfortable. I’ve stayed here multiple times in the last few months and each stay was very pleasant.
