I’m 80, and my wife and I were tired after a long day driving and visiting the Bush museum. We checked in and immediately noted the bedroom lamp missing, decided ok. When I went for a shower, the shower head was broken. The night clerk was not friendly or courteous. It was totally wrong to rent such a room to customers. We changed rooms, repacking and it was late

I was given a 1 bed and sofa bed but I specifically paid for a two bed, I will now delete Hotels app and warn family and friends too

New computer system at check-in, so took a minute. Ice Machine not working on 2nd floor. Could not find ice on 1st floor. Did not ask, due to front desk being busy.

A/C not working
Our air conditioner was broken - we had to end up turning it off in order to sleep any at all. Avoid 206. They were fully booked so no changing rooms. When we checked out we were told the manager would give us a call - we never received a call.
