A/C not working
Our air conditioner was broken - we had to end up turning it off in order to sleep any at all. Avoid 206. They were fully booked so no changing rooms. When we checked out we were told the manager would give us a call - we never received a call.

DONT BOOK HERE!!
Probably the worst stay I interaction with a hotel. The two employees Rachel and Tatiana I believe is her name were great Rachel was as helpful as she could be but the hotel stated my room had been cancelled and that they called my phone and sent an email. I not once received a call from the hotel and the surrounding hotels were booked so I order to stay I had to $140 more than what I was quoted not to mention the extra money I lost in having to cancel the reserved Ubers. I arrived to check in at 3:30pm, I got an email stating my room was cancelled at 4:26 pm… make that make sense. Rachel was told by her morning coworkers and manager that the morning had attempted to call me and run my card. There is no record of a call but confirmed they had my right number and also no charge ever made to my banking card. I was told my price would get matched and corrected before I checked out. To top it off I didn’t get the room I booked either. I go to check out this morning and Diane tells me that the night staff is lying they can charge what they want and cancel when they want as well that it is not their problem and there’s nothing she will do. These people are thieves, I have reported to the BBB for bait and switch tactics. Watch your cards and better off just book somewhere else. Nothing but a head ache and two good employees can’t help this place.

On arrival for our two-night stay, we were advised that the elevator was non-operational but that the elevator company was working on it. Our room was on the third floor and our only option was to take the stairs two flights up, carrying our own luggage. Our room was directly across from the elevator landing and had a sign on it that looked like it had been there awhile. No room comparable to our reserved room was available on any other floor. When we left on Sunday after the 2 day stay, still no operational elevator nor any offer of reduction in billing. Not a very pleasant stay for two seniors.

Everything was great expect the elevator was not working they whole stay.. everyday was told it’ll be fixed but then nothing.
