我下午3点10分到达,房间还没准备好,这很正常,我知道情况就是这样。他们告诉我20分钟就能准备好。我说我会在车里等,他们说房间准备好后会立即给我打电话。到下午3点45分,我还是没接到房间准备好的电话。那天我独自带着两个孩子旅行了6个小时,而且很不幸地发烧了,所以等房间简直是折磨。其他一切都很好,我的建议是以后要加强沟通。
我们的房间干净宽敞。泳池对我们和孩子们来说都很有趣。我们的主要问题是早餐桌位不够,而且食物总是吃不完。对于一个繁忙的长周末来说,如果能多安排一些早餐服务人员就更好了。我们其中一个人不得不去别处买早餐,因为已经没有剩菜了。

住宿体验很棒。符合你对小镇的期望。习惯了。街对面的沃尔玛很不错,我们在大堂吃了Uncle Al披萨,然后两个孩子在泳池里游泳,我最大的孩子玩了桌游,这对客人来说是个很棒的额外福利。
