The room was clean. The coffee pit did not work. Not that big a deal. The fitness room looked like it hasn’t been touched in years as well as the empty water cooler. I appreciate the breakfast but the quality was lacking. I couldnt eat it.

The room was clean but we had two tiny roaches in the tub and a huge water bug under the bathroom sink. The breakfast was okay, not too many options. I would stay here again if I had to. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, I told them about the bugs and they were willing to change my room but we were leaving that day. Housekeepers respond really fast.

The facility had several areas which needed maintenance including an inoperable front door, dirty pool, and dead landscaping.

I am a elite platinum member always liked and stayed at their properties. I have for many years with no major issues ..kudos to their staffing

Communication is poor, rooms were comfortable but view looks nothing like pictures on line. Disappointed about the pool, it was dirty.

Clean and comfortable, but not without issues.
Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. We did run into an error at check-in that could have ruined our trip had I not had plenty of money set aside for this trip. Our room was clean and comfortable. Do expect to hear some noise considering this hotel is located just off the interstate and close to a military base. We were a bit disappointed to find that the living area was open to the bedroom. We booked a suite under the assumption that the bedroom would have privacy, but that wasn't the case. Also, when the sofa bed is in use, one must step over the bed to access the bathroom, door, and mini fridge/microwave area. I ended up with a large bruise on my leg from constantly bumping it on the pull out bed every time I had to step over it. We also had a few comical run-ins with large palmetto bugs in the bathroom.

Spacious and comfortable
Room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk associate let me check in an hour early which was very generous of her since we were early for our family event.

Room was spacious and cleaned. Very friendly staffs. Great customer service. Shout-out to Dylan in the front desk for making our stay very comfortable. This is My go to hotel accommodations every time we're in Killeen.
