We booked on ******* and they couldn’t find our reservation but they were able to put us in the room we booked no problem. Very friendly staff

The Days Inn by Wyndham does not exist in Brockville. The hotel is now called Regent. And they did not have my reservation in their system.You should be embarrassed that you are promoting a hotel that doesn't exist. You are completely disconnected.How often do these screwups occur at *******. I play to book direct and avoid these situations in the future.

No longer the days inn , now the Regal Inn , Website pictures are deceiving & need to be updated ,pool closed , room did not get cleaned for our entire stay (3 nights ).One Positive , breakfast was good.

我们原以为这只是一次普通的出行，毕竟已经一起度过了五个情人节，共同生活了五年半，而且还恰逢我的生日。于是我们来了个三天两夜的短途旅行，全程都住带按摩浴缸的套房！甘纳诺克（Gananoque）的豪生酒店（Howard Johnson）竟然有按摩浴缸套房，真是出乎意料！我们还在布罗克维尔（Brockville）的戴斯酒店（Days Inn）住了一晚，那里也是一个带按摩浴缸的皇后套房，离所有景点都很近。白天我们逛街购物，去了各种商店，也尝试了很多美食！甘纳诺克的 Maronies 餐厅早餐超棒！布罗克维尔戴斯酒店的早餐也很丰盛，有热腾腾的鸡蛋、香肠、华夫饼和麦片。这是一次浪漫的短途旅行，离家不远。能泡个舒服的按摩浴缸，喝杯冰镇啤酒或冰镇白葡萄酒，真是太棒了！房间价格也很合理，以后还会选择这两家温德姆酒店！谁能想到豪生酒店竟然有按摩浴缸套房呢！
这地方真的很老旧，马桶至少用了10年。厕所门关不上。走廊里有股难闻的气味，房间里也有霉味。我再也不会去了。
我和我的伙伴对清洁产品的强烈气味感到失望，当我们晚上晚些时候出去时，我们意识到这些产品可能是为了掩盖香烟的气味，尽管这是一家无烟酒店。
我知道我们不住在走廊里，但那里很热。
此外，在接待过程中，我被告知我的档案中没有关于我在预订时提出的要求的注释，因此，由于过敏，我提出的要求并没有得到尊重。最初，我与前台员工重新确认，他确认这张纸条确实在那里。
