There were people smoking at the entrance of the building most of the time. They could as well have moved some steps further to prevent others from inhaling the fumes.

Microwave didn’t work consistently. Fridge made a huge noise several times per hour. Room wasn’t cleaned despite staying for 3 nights. Had to ask for extra towels and pillows.

Room was a bit worn. Major issue was the serious roach infestation in the breakfast room. Roaches were visible crawling in ceiling lights and on walls. When reported to staff and the front desk, the response was that the pest control person has been called. With that large of a problem, the person they are using is not doing the job. This is a health hazard to the guests and will spread throughout the facility if not fully addressed.

酒店回复: Hello Kenneth, I can see how you would be confused. We do not have roaches at the hotel. We do however, have a seasonal bug that does come in when the doors open during fall called a box elder or maple bug. They are an annoyance but I assure you they are completely harmless and pest control is in fact on top of this in all of the hotels in the area as they get into all the buildings in the entire city. For any other concerns please do not hesitate to call me at the hotel.

The stay was alright, one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The 24/7 specialty coffee machine was awesome! Also the refillable water bottle station was great as well. Bed was ok a little hard for my liking.

Most was really good except the toilet was plugged with paper had to retrieve and unclog the toilet ourselves.

Check-in showed 3pm and when I arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready and I had to wait about 15mins. Not the end of the world, but what if I'd had arrived at 3pm that day ?

Pleasantly surprised. Needed a simple inexpensive place to sleep to break up a long drive. We arrived a bit late and exhausted and it was SO NICE to walk in to a have a welcoming, friendly and kind front desk person - I believe her name was Michelle. Service anywhere makes such a difference and she was so helpful. Rooms were clean, parking easy, skipped the breakfast - it was ehhh...would recommend to anyone needing a safe and comfortable spot for the night.
