Housekeeping is available upon request should say upon request only if they have the time to do it. After phoning front desk to find out why room was not done the clerk stated that sorry no time to do it. They would pass my concern to housekeeping the next day. Breakfast was mediocre in a very crammed space when busy. Highlight of our three day stay was going next door to Pappys for breakfast. We wont be back.

Comfortable bed and quiet room but breakfast options hardly qualify as food. And maddening that so many throwaway dishes are still being used.

Front desk staff were great however the house keeping staff on the 2nd floor on Friday was not super pleasant and didn’t leave clean face cloths in our room like I had asked. When we got back to our room that evening we ended up having to get some from the front desk staff ourselves.
Hotel hallways can be super loud. There were spot of young kids staying there and were quite loud, however they were quite after 10 which was wonderful, other then two 2 issues the overall stay was great!

Excellent stay
The room was very clean, the staff friendly. It’s right in the parking lot of the mall with several restaurants nearby and just off of the #1 very convenient.

Rooms are only serviced every 3 days which is really bad. This is not pre-advertised or even discussed at check in. you do not find out until no one turns up and you have to ask. Reception staff are unaware of policy and what happens differs from staff member to staff member. i had to go and ask to have my rooms serviced 5 timers in the afternoon on the 3 day. One person says you can ask to get towels changed after 2 days because in a room two people sleep you only get two towels for 3 days. The standard of cleaning on the 3rd day leaves lots to be desired. When i asked for it to be done after 6 days staying it took the lady less than 5 minutes to clean, This is so bad and they say that policy in every hotel now which is another lie. i had a room next to washing machine room and people are allowed to wash clothes during the night so sleep is hard. I went and unpluged machines twice.
Other that the cleanliness and care of room the property is dated. the breakfast was of a good standard.
i would not recommend this hotel simple for the un-advertised policies they have especially service of rooms every 3 days
