King size bed room with as very clean,spacious and had a great bathroom shower except when we used the toilet the first time it flooded but front staff got a replacement room of 2 queen (smaller and had a tub shower that didn’t drain well) but when the front attendant asked about the stay, he apologized and made it the right. Big thank you for making the situation right and looking after the guest

Room was clean, breakfast the usual hotel buffet breakfast-bacon, make your own waffles, fruit and assorted pastries . Got a great rate and was just staying one night as we were travelling. Beds and linens were good and comfy. Would stay here again.

Room was good, only thing I found was some of the machines in the workout room were needing repair.

The staff was so friendly, and the hotel room was overall clean, however - the electric car plugs did not work and our in room coffee maker was not cleaned and not useable

Had a disappointing stay. When we got there, private swimming lessons were going on in the pool so my family had to sit in the hot tub and wait for the lesson to finish before we could swim. The instructor pushed the young child to the point of gagging/coughing and then eventually puking, which closed the pool for the rest of our stay. No attempt was even made to begin clean up while we were there. The puke sat in the water all night. Our kids never got a chance to swim. At breakfast, it appeared that a worker had brought their own child who was making a mess and getting into everything. The worker was sitting with the child. Seemed unsanitary. Staff distant and almost ignorant of guests. We have stayed at many great hotels in Medicine Hat, this isn’t one of them.

Our experience from check in to check out was great. The young man who checked us in was very pleasant. Our room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and efficient, mall right across the road and they had fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet. I also appreciated having herbal teas, decaf coffee and water at the reception beverage area.
