Staff was amazing. Only downfall was housekeeping did not replenish any items that were out in the room when they cleaned it.

Breakfast was bland. Did replenish when need to be.
Felt safe parking.
So staff members when cranky and did respond appropriately at time. One elevator was down the whole time and the other didn't always work. Staff told us and other we wrong when informed them.

This was the best hotel stay I've experienced in a long time. Impeccable cleanliness. Room service every day with fresh towels - heaven! Expansive breakfast buffet that was constantly maintained. Friendly staff and easy check in. I couldn't be happier with my stay. I will definitely be back!

Had a great experience overall while in the area for a short trip. Staff was personable and professional, the rooms were impeccable (cleaners came daily and were so respectful in their process), the breakfast was really enjoyable and the area had many food options and close amenities. The ONLY downfall was the water pressure of the shower…
