Room is very misleading.. booked it with the intention of a jacuzzi anniversary night.. phoned the facility and I was told and guaranteed for that room. Left a message via ******* as well. We arrive after a long drive to medicine hat and we were so disappointed because our room don’t even have a bathtub. Left right away and booked a different hotel.. talk to the manager so nice at first tried to help us and told us to reach out to ******* for a refund and before leaving told us we will be refunded because we did not stay in the room after all. Next day when they reach out to *******, we were told that that same person denied a refund. Let me out again and he’s nothing but rude and inconsiderate completely change of to from yesterday. It was so disappointing and very bad customer service.

Very comfortable and safe (feel) hotel. Clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and kind.
Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel continental.. not the best but certainly not the worst.
I’d stay here again.

Hotel was clean, front desk staff were very nice, bed was comfortable, hotel was quiet throughout the night and the breakfast was decent. Would stay again.

位置不错。住着很舒服。
早餐糟透了！所有东西都闻起来恶心。没有素食。华夫饼机坏了。用餐区满是灰尘，到处都是死虫子。酒店也没有满足我关于无障碍房间的要求……（给我安排了二楼最远的房间，要爬十几层楼梯）而且没有电梯。真的，还是去别的地方住吧！！
