No where to place the towels in the bathroom. The breakfast choice was very poor and limited. Need to do better

Where do I start? The rooms were horrible. Peeling wallpaper, yellow stains on the ceiling, safety lock/latches have been removed, long black hair all over and in the bedding, door to bathroom was literally covered in black dirty finger marks, outlets did not work or were so loose that our phone charger fell out. People loitering outside of the front main doors made you feel unsafe to park your vehicle for overnight. The hallways were left with laundry bins filled with dirty laundry, toilets to be installed and other items. This hotel was under renovation however it seemed that no attempts were made to keep it clean for guests. There should also have been continental breakfast included with our booking however this was closed due to the renovations- our bill was not adjusted down to reflect this. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
