I made a mistake & didn't check that the room I'd booked was actually a pet friendly room, which it wasn't. Because of my severe hearing problem my sister called the front desk for me. They were very helpful in exchanging for a proper room for myself & my pet. Check in went smoothly.

地毯很粘，房间里有霉味。我们最终想取消第二天晚上的预订，去了另一家酒店。速8酒店处理得很糟糕，一直告诉我们必须通过我们预订酒店的第三方。第三方服务很好，竭尽全力帮我们退款，但速8酒店没有回复邮件，也没有提供任何帮助。早餐又难吃又便宜。我永远不会再住速8酒店了，强烈建议其他人也不要住莱斯布里奇的速8酒店。
员工友善热情。
酒店旁边就是一些不太正规的汽车旅馆和一些不法之徒，我不会带孩子来这里。
如果您住在二楼，就得爬一段非常狭窄陡峭的楼梯，没有电梯，对行动不便人士非常不友好。
另外，如果您住在二楼，可以从后门走到停车场；但一定要小心脚下！这段楼梯应该拆除，它完全倾斜，非常不安全，绝对不能用作紧急出口！
早餐非常乏味且廉价，但说实话，考虑到我预订的酒店位置，这也在意料之中！
床非常非常硬！房间和浴室都极其狭小。
酒店设施陈旧。预订的是双人皇后房，房间里有一股难闻的气味，只好换到单人皇后房。单人皇后房的床中间一坐下去就塌陷了。酒店拒绝就任何问题提供补偿。
房间很干净，但地板吱吱作响，空调也坏了。早餐不好，没有鸡蛋，应该是欧陆式早餐。不过价格还不错
床不硬，每次翻身都感觉怪怪的！浴缸边上有毛发，还有一股怪味，感觉地毯都没用蒸汽清洗过！
房间不干净。地毯很脏，门底部锁不紧。早餐选择非常有限
