25号入住后,我去了位于一楼的房间。我脱鞋时,发现地毯很湿,袜子都湿透了。我穿好鞋,去了前台,说明了情况。帕特里夏说可以帮我换个房间。当时已经很晚了,我说那就明天早上再说吧。但是房间里一整晚都有霉味,直到太阳升起。我又回到前台,换了另一个房间。到了第二个房间,遥控器又坏了。我又回到前台,拉基莎帮我换了一个能用的遥控器。另外,早餐的橙汁机也坏了。我白天外出回来,发现钥匙打不开房门。我又回到前台,一个年轻的男服务员帮我拿了一个衣架,然后跟我一起去了房间,把衣架塞到门缝下,门就开了。他说现在钥匙应该能用了,确实能用了。但是看到他这么做,我感觉不太安全。
我们的房卡每天都会失效。我们不得不等到第二天下午3点才能拿到新的房卡,否则就得请工作人员帮我们开门。早餐糟透了,而且每天都会缺货。橙汁机也坏了。我们没法拿到干净的毛巾,因为酒店用完了。我们不得不主动要卫生纸,因为酒店告诉我们,长住客人每四天才会补充一次卫生纸并打扫房间。房间里没有保险箱。空调又脏又发霉。我们房间的天花板上还有一个洞。我们入住的前三天,泳池都在维修,所以一直关闭着。我以后再也不会住这家酒店了。
酒店住宿
酒店总体还行,就是房卡每次都不好用,所以每次都得自己先开门。不然的话,我们得互相照应,互相让进。早餐是免费的,味道还可以,不过毕竟是免费的。
我们住了一周,房间宽敞干净,非常舒适。小厨房设施齐全,可以轻松悠闲地享受酒店时光。早餐也不错,只是有些日子水果选择有点少。以后还会再来,从那里去沃斯堡地区很方便。
住宿地点
避免住在一楼,因为周末很多家庭认为你不需要睡觉,结果在楼上的公寓里跳上跳下,跑来跑去,所以最好住在顶楼。
酒店不错,服务差
酒店设施、房间、浴室和休息室都很好。接待服務良好。我想对房间的日常清洁做一点说明,我不得不在三天内要求清洁三次,但即便如此,清洁效果仍然很糟糕。卫生纸和毛巾短缺。很遗憾!!

不开心
我们6点半到的房间还没准备好。经过5个小时的医生诊治,却没能去房间,真是令人失望。我是糖尿病患者,早餐除了煮鸡蛋外,并不适合糖尿病患者。我们入住期间没有被告知不能享受客房服务。所以,当我们晚上10点半回到房间时,发现房间既没有打扫,也没有换上干净的毛巾,我们一行人都非常沮丧。
