4月11日在智选假日酒店的住宿体验简直糟糕透顶。我们一办理入住、走进房间,就感觉像进了桑拿房一样热。房间的温度计显示82度,我们尝试调低温度,但房间却越来越热,甚至让人感觉呼吸困难。实在忍无可忍,我打电话给前台,结果被告知供暖系统坏了,他们无法调节房间温度。如果酒店最重要的设施——空调系统都坏了,前台有责任在客人办理入住时告知。然而,没有人告诉我们这件事,房间热得让人根本无法待下去。我们不得不开着窗户,穿着T恤睡了一晚,根本没法入睡。到早上,我们一家三口都发高烧,嗓子肿痛,吞咽困难。
如果酒店发生如此关键的暖通空调系统故障,他们应该在客人办理入住时首先告知,并询问客人是否仍愿意入住。我对此感到非常愤怒和失望,强烈要求就此事得到赔偿。
很一般酒店设施
当地还不错的商务酒店,价格小贵,再经济实惠点就更好了!
为我们办理入住的女士超级友好。我们的房间非常宽敞。一切都很棒,设施齐全,超级干净,房间闻起来也特别香。我唯一小小的抱怨是,我们没用过的洗碗机超级超级旧,百叶窗也因为用得太多了而裂开了。我们一定会再来这家酒店。我们住得很愉快。床超级舒服!!!今天早上我们很早就离开了,还顺便买了一杯咖啡。
我们住的是一间较大的房间,有两张大号双人床、客厅和小厨房。总的来说,酒店和房间都很棒,也很宽敞,唯一的小抱怨是没有百叶窗遮挡日出时的光线。窗户上只有一个透明的塑料遮光帘,可以让所有光线都透进来。除了光线问题,住宿体验很棒。
我们很喜欢房间宽敞明亮,还有大小合适的冰箱和微波炉。但是窗帘全都破了,还有洞,导致房间里光线不足,这让我们两岁的孩子难以入睡,也让房间看起来很破旧。入住时我们也遇到了一个问题。我们打电话说房间两点才能准备好。我们点了热食,两点半才到,结果被告知房间还没准备好。房间直到三点才准备好,而那时食物已经凉了。我们还有四个孩子,他们很不高兴在车里等了这么久。

真是的,这地方简直糟透了。我们到了房间,马桶冲水的声音大得震耳欲聋。此外,走廊很热,很明显房间的空调坏了或者刚开着。地板上满是冷凝水,滑溜溜的。房间很脏,很多东西都坏了。唯一值得庆幸的是,他们很快就把钱退了给我们,我们换了个地方住。
糟糕的体验
我们入住期间,酒店运营不太顺畅。他们正在铺路,停车信息也不太清晰。晚上根本停不下来,需要管理人员帮忙,但很难找到。床单很脏,工作人员也经常很难找到,我的信用卡还被重复扣款了。体验非常糟糕。
首先,酒店没有招牌,所以我们不知道前门在哪里。看起来酒店正在装修,这没什么问题。不过,我觉得预订前应该说明这一点。房间里很热,因为空调没开,然后恒温器就一直闪烁电池电量低,直到凌晨(大约凌晨 2 点)房间才凉快下来。而且窗户上没有窗帘,所以太阳一升起,不管我们愿不愿意,我们都会醒。窗户对着另一栋房子边上的树,所以视野不大。浴室看起来只是翻新了一半,但淋浴间的油漆剥落,风扇坏了,而且风扇本身也很脏。冰箱很容易从柜子下面拉出来。走廊里有点吵,但我想说后来就安静了。我们把车停在酒店下面的车库里,但那里很脏,灯光也很暗……一点也不安全。外面的免费咖啡是冰的。早餐选择还不错,但贝果有点不新鲜,所以我们点了麦片,也一样不新鲜。“热”的早餐也几乎不温。蔓越莓汁兑得太淡了,看起来像粉色柠檬水。总的来说,考虑到一晚的房费,我们对这家酒店不太满意……我们不会再住了。
