Property itself was nice, however the management failed to honor posted information concerning details of the evening reception. Specifically pricing of alcoholic beverages. Pricing for upgraded wine and beers displayed on the large poster next to the bar were not honored, instead full prices were charged during the 90 minute time. When i challenged the pricing difference and waiting over 15 minutes for a management person, we were told no the poster was wrong and a small laminated card reflected the very limited items available to upgrade. They did allow me to pay the reduced price for a beer and wine upgrade the first night, but i had to pay the full price the next several nights, even though the large poster refecting reduced pricing was still displayed.
Bottom line.....honor the posted prices or take the large poster showing discounted pricing down.
Secondly, servicing of our Presidential Suite was minimal, we had to ask for clean towels one day, and did not have toilet paper resuplied on 2 days.
On a positive note, the made to order breakfast was up to Embassy Suite standards,

Hotel is clean and welcoming. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative I saw was the area around the parking lot, busted up construction fencing and materials.
However, this area may be adjacent to the hotel property and out of their control.

I had reserved a room with a king bed; however, when my wife got to our room, we had 2 double beds. We were told by the staff that there were no King beds available. We would have preferred to have the double bed that we paid for.

The front desk lady was very inconvenient. She shouted at me and behaved very badly while I was asking for my right. Customers should be treated accordingly even if customers are not convenient. I met a better person on the front desk when I check out.

Nice stay
Room was clean, no issues. Breakfast offered a good variety. Big open space downstairs with lots of seating was great for visiting.

Loved the rooms and hotel itself. Unfortunately there were not enough staff working last weekend. There was only one bartender working during the Happy Hour and there was a line of 27 people. The morning breakfast buffet was good however there was only one person at the omelette station and had to wait 30 minutes. Unfortunately the there was no warning that breakfast was ending while we were in line and missed out on the rest of the food.
