The stay was good. Location is close to many eateries and right off the highway.
The room was clean. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner - Found a hair and some mildew on bottom of shower door.
Breakfast consisted of waffles, boiled eggs and pastries. But McDonald’s is right across the street.

The tub was really badly stained brown. I didn’t feel comfortable taking a bath in there. The floors in my room were not vacuumed prior to my arrival.

Nice area, you can walk to nearby mall and eating establishments. Room was clean with a kitchen

Comfortable room with the right amenities
The rooms here are clean have efficient amenities (although I much prefer having my own Keirig coffee maker) instead of any other type of coffee maker. Breakfast was your typical traditional type but nothing exciting. The beds were VERY COMFY and the rooms had a good amount of space.

Not my first time staying, but will be my last. Room was not too clean, requested daily housekeeping but never received it. Shirley checked us in and I found her to be very unfriendly. I felt like I was bothering her at check in.

Place smells like **** and mildew. Kitchen was dirty, fridge dirt, shower dirty. Utensil drawer was filthy. I wouldn’t even bleach and use this stuff. Clearly the cleaning crew takes no pride in what they do. Nor does house keeping manager or manager of the facility check. I’m glad it’s just for one night

Honest & specific review of Rez Inn Chesapeake Gre
Hotel is decent, in a good area. Front desk & breakfast attendants were excellent.
Lobby clean & well staffed. Pool table & basketball table great additions to the hotel. The halls seemed clean & well maintained.
Housekeeping was requested every other day. Our stay was Monday- Sunday & they came ONE TIME. We had to put our garbage cans in the hall & ask the front desk for towels & toilet paper.
Our room did not have the appropriate cookware required to use the stove. The warming drawer of our oven was completely crooked & had obviously been damaged prior to our arrival.
The dishes that were put away prior to our arrival weren't clean & dishwasher pods/dish soap was not provided until we asked for them.
There was a sign indicating each room's freezer made ice but ours had no ice maker. There were no ice trays so we bought our own. There were no ice machines ANYWHERE in the hotel & when we asked the kitchen staff for ice one day they apologized & said their own machine was broken.
The pool itself was dirty- a layer of dirt/sand was on the bottom for our entire stay. Hot tub has been removed and the floor where it was had standing water in the middle. Towels were plentiful and clean.
Breakfast selection was outstanding each day. Tons of options & everything cooked well.
Staff was great but the hotel itself needs improvement. We like the Residence Inn brand & have stayed at other locations but this one did not fair as well as other Residence Inns we have enjoyed.
