We were warmly welcomed to the Harrisonburg, Virginia Doubletree hotel. The hotel staff was very gracious.The hotel and our room were clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel looks a little worn, not quite the Doubletree standard. I am used to. Even as a Hilton honors member, we were put in a hotel that did not have a window facing the outdoors and natural sunlight. The window opened onto a dark hallway, so the room was quite dark. The room also had a strong smell of chlorine coming from the pool below near the lobby. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival!

The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and professional. The hotel itself is rundown and in desperate need of a re-do. I'm surprised that Hilton would let a property become as distressed as this.

Stayed 3 nights with family. Room, staff and location were all good. The issue was the breakfast was not served as they had issues with the facility/kitchen during our stay. It did cause inconvenience and we were not offered any alternatives or compensation. We would have booked a different place if we knew.

办理入住时，工作人员告诉我们酒店的房卡激活系统出了问题，让我们在房间门口摆弄一下钥匙，也许最终能打开。我们尝试了20多分钟都没能进房间。回到前台，这次工作人员终于激活了钥匙，让我们进去了。然后，泳池门上（我们的房间正对着泳池）写着晚上10点关闭。可是，凌晨1点泳池里还有人，孩子们尖叫声震耳欲聋。我们根本没睡好。以后再也不会住这家酒店了。
浴室简直糟透了！简直恶心到不行，就像很久没洗一样。我投诉的时候，经理说只是有污渍……不……它很脏，而且因为没洗过而留下了污渍。我从来没见过这么脏的酒店浴室……
我对这家酒店的整体印象非常不好。感觉就像一家高档汽车旅馆，唉！它看起来又黑又脏。
去街对面的凯悦酒店吧，虽然要多花50美元左右，但绝对值得。我以前住过那里，非常棒！！！
如果你想住希尔顿酒店，就去Tru By Hilton酒店吧。
如果想住希尔顿酒店，千万别去这家。
床上用品很舒服，房间也很干净。酒店内的餐厅还行，调酒师/服务员非常友好。既然不付15美元的自助早餐费，那免费早餐又怎么算呢？
建筑质量差，游泳池无人维护，有一天没有提供全套早餐。
