checked in late, around 1 a.m., and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The front desk staff was unfriendly and offered little to no customer service. My room key didn’t work properly, and each time I went back to have it fixed, the staff made it seem like a major inconvenience. After the third attempt, I requested a new room.
The lobby had a strong, unpleasant odor that made me feel nauseous, and the overall property appeared dated and poorly maintained. The carpet didn’t seem freshly vacuumed, the bathroom was only partially cleaned, and the room felt as though it hadn’t been properly prepared for a guest.
If it hadn’t been so late when I arrived, I would have canceled my stay and chosen another hotel.

Propert is very old. Check in staff very courteous. No bar soap in the bathroom. Informed they do not offer anymore. Lights too dim. Price for the night is very reasonable.

Only criticism was the bathroom had a mat in the shower that my fiancé almost slipped on which when we picked up to put on the floor noticed a stain in the floor of the shower. That would be my only concern.

The service was great! This was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t provide a free complimentary breakfast. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Overall service was good!
