This hotel is not handicap accessible. I sent a message that my 91 year old mother could not do stairs. What door I was sent to was blocked off do the parking lot resealing. Doesn’t matter I found door #2 STAIRS!! You couldn’t drive to front door? And when you do get to the front door the ramp in side has a lip when you turn the walker that will trip you. Bathroom has mold in shower and chaulking so thick and dirty around the bottom of the shower. The staff is friendly. But don’t go if you have anyone with mobility issues.

People are so nice there, rooms were huge and well equipped especially for the price. Beds were comfy. And a free breakfast!

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a busy (Thanksgiving) weekend. I noticed that there didn’t seem to be many staff around. Unfortunately the breakfast was lacking. It is billed as a full breakfast. It was more than continental, but not by much. Supplies like syrup, butter and creamers were not there, and had to be asked for. The bread and pastries were stale, as was the cut fruit salad. They should not have been put out for service. Pieces were old, and it was not appetizing at all. At the time, there was no one available to tell, unfortunately, as they were likely busy elsewhere.
It didn’t ruin the stay, but it was a disappointing way to end it.

我可以换到一楼，一切都很好，但如果你带着大件行李，而一楼又没有空房间，那就真的很麻烦了。
也没有洗衣房。我需要去最近的自助洗衣店。如果要洗的话，一定要小心。
