这家酒店非常干净，员工也很友好热情。然而，唯一的缺点是他们要求用信用卡预订房间——不接受其他付款方式。并非所有人都使用信用卡，这项规定让人感觉不公平且具有排斥性。除非他们提供其他付款方式，否则我们不会再来了。
这家酒店没有无障碍设施。我发信息说我91岁的母亲无法上下楼梯。我被告知的入口因为停车场重新铺设路面而被封住了。没关系，我找到了2号门，但是那里有楼梯！难道不能开车到酒店门口吗？而且，即使到了门口，里面的坡道边缘也有凸起，用助行器转弯时很容易绊倒人。浴室淋浴间里有霉菌，淋浴间底部周围的填缝剂又厚又脏。工作人员倒是挺友好的。但是，如果您有行动不便的人，千万不要选择这家酒店。
我被升级到了一间房，里面有一张特大床和一张沙发床。你甚至能看到特大床中间的凹陷。更糟糕的是，当时正值晚上8点，世界大赛正在进行，房间又旧了。我所有的电视频道都收不到了。
晚上十点多才从多伦多机场抵达酒店办理入住。午夜才睡。凌晨三点，走廊尽头有人被锁在门外，拼命敲门，还大声咒骂。酒店工作人员没有提供任何帮助。
没有电梯或洗衣机
首先，这家酒店没有电梯。
我可以换到一楼，一切都很好，但如果你带着大件行李，而一楼又没有空房间，那就真的很麻烦了。
也没有洗衣房。我需要去最近的自助洗衣店。如果要洗的话，一定要小心。
