Great service. Nice room. The pool was clean and cold and the hot tub is open late.
If you’re in Lethbridge, the location is great. Near the museum and the downtown core. A couple of very nice restaurants nearby.

Staff were great but there was an issue with the hotel being unable to see my booking. So I ended up waiting for over two hours and needing to pay for another room which was double. I went through several customer service lines and chats and it was very frustrating. I’m still waiting on a refund

Love the pool area environment. Check in was fast. One of the best hot tubs in a hotel you can soak in. Only complaint was a hockey team in the halls at 11:45 being loud and front desk seemed indifferent to my complaint about the noise.

We had dinner on the property at Italian Table. The sevice was excellent and the food was really good. Unfortunately we did not make it for breakfast.
The check in was amzing. Everyone was really friendly and it was eally easy to check in and check out.

The pool area was so soothing. The sounds of the water fountain was serene. The most comfortable bed I have slept in at a hotel! Highly recommend!
