Love staying here. The pool area and all the greenery is very lovely and rooms that can hear the water are great for sleeping. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Definitely a step up from the Coast hotel in Lethbridge. I love the atrium area and pool. The hot tub is in desperate need of a renovation. The jets barely work and the tile is falling off everywhere. The room overall was very nice, but the sheers on the window have stains and there was toothpaste splattered in the bathroom. The bed was OK, but I wouldn't want to sleep on it for multiple nights. It felt like a cheap mattress. Overall, great service and I was fortunate to have a room overlooking the beautiful pool area. Listening to the water feature while I worked in my room was wonderful. I would return for a single night stay. The restaurant was also excellent.

Not worth the money, the hotel was “tired”.The decor was old ,in need of renovation.The bed was soft,pillows soft,the bathroom sink was slow to empty.i stayed two days,had the sign on the door for the room to be remade and housekeeping showed up at 4:30 p.m. to clean the room.This hotel has lost my business.

The pillow selection was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The room was great. Pool was beautiful the area was like being in the tropics. Location to downtown, and easy hi way access. Everything seemed close by. Great in house restaurants Italian Table, Prime Catering.
