Friendly service at the front desk, very accommodating with extra blankets and sheets for my extra guest. Property is in ok shape, furniture in my room was in disrepair, bottom of the shower had mold and the jet tub was very dirty and had to be cleaned twice before we could use it. Breakfast was good, great coffee.

Great room, clean and quiet, Perfect setting near town and roads to many places. Pool is perfect at the end of a long day. And breakfast was much appreciated.

Our stay was ok.Front desk staff could be friendliar.The cleaning ladies are the best! They’re very friendly and happily accommodated me when I asked for extra facecloths.The kids’ bunk bed was very wobbly and the bedding on our Queen bed was dirty! Not sure if it was stained or just not washed!

The staff member on check in appeared annoyed I had used ******* for booking. Said "oh you used *******" that this made check in complicated and would be "a while" to get me checked in. I have never had this experience before and have used ******* at many other hotels.
I found the hotel decor slightly dated.(not a significant concern) The mattresses were significantly stained, although covered with a light mattress cover. I did not go to the pool this trip. Breakfast was limited to sweets ( muffins, pancakes, packaged oatmeal, juice and coffee). The main problem was on check in.
I felt very insignificant for using ******* to book with this hotel.
Upon check out the elevator tile floor had been mopped, no sign in the elevator to indicate same, very slippery to walk on when you do not see a wet floor sign.
If it had not been close to Windsor Hospital I would not have stayed.

这是一次非常失望的体验，清晨5点警报响，整整持续30分钟以上， 酒店不给任何解释，因为我们是在携程预订，房费预付，酒店不给任何补偿，如果在酒店网上预订就给予退款，对这种处理方式非常无语
