Our stay was ok.Front desk staff could be friendliar.The cleaning ladies are the best! They’re very friendly and happily accommodated me when I asked for extra facecloths.The kids’ bunk bed was very wobbly and the bedding on our Queen bed was dirty! Not sure if it was stained or just not washed!
非常简朴的酒店，等一应俱全，有一个小小小小的泳池，每天还可以提供简单的早餐，他在一个山坡上，一眼望去一览无余的空旷，视野非常辽阔，风景非常美。温莎小镇阿卡迪亚原著名的居住地，来这里旅行住这个酒店非常方便。
这是一次非常失望的体验，清晨5点警报响，整整持续30分钟以上， 酒店不给任何解释，因为我们是在携程预订，房费预付，酒店不给任何补偿，如果在酒店网上预订就给予退款，对这种处理方式非常无语
酒店不错。员工都很热情友好，但设施本身就有些不足。浴室墙壁的油漆都剥落了，入住第二天泳池就关闭了，这让我们非常失望，毕竟我们选择这家酒店就是为了泳池。早餐种类很少，只有麦片和吐司之类的基本食物。除非没有其他选择，否则我不会再预订了。
我们在温莎住得很愉快，这家酒店离我们所需的一切都很近。前台工作人员很棒，游泳池也很不错，唯一的小缺点就是热水浴缸太脏了。我从未见过这么浑浊肮脏的热水浴缸。
