位置很棒,床很舒服,工作人员乐于助人。大楼外部和周边环境非常脏,外窗非常难看,我向工作人员反映过。外部环境非常糟糕,奥里利亚的无家可归问题非常严重。停车场简直荒唐,没有清晰的标识指示停车地点。早餐似乎很便宜,而且不太吸引人。
办理入住的Baylee很棒,然而2025年9月13日星期六,前台的夜班工作人员(一名男性)不太热情。他看到6个衣着光鲜的成年人在等车离开酒店,就一直告诉我们不能留在休息室喝完鸡尾酒,我们又不敢大声喧哗。他不懂怎么看房间。他要求离开,我们说好的,因为我们其中一人在调整鞋子,不能马上离开。过了一分钟,他又过来了。说你们必须离开。我们感觉很不受欢迎。我们不会再来了,我们6个人就是影响我们在不同地方住宿的那群人。
第一次住在你们的酒店,第一印象不太好。
非常失望
我预订了两间一模一样的房间,我的房间却完全不同:狭小拥挤,行李箱很难打开,床和电视之间的通道也太窄了,窗户很小,可以看到墙角很脏……我要求换房,但前台接待很差,走廊里堆满了清洁车。总之,我对这个价格非常失望。
我打电话预订时,被告知他们有去******的班车。结果却没有。我向管理层反映,他们的回复是:“嗯,预订代理是这么说的,但自从疫情爆发后我们就没坐过班车了。”我说你应该改正,但他们却漠不关心。
另外,浴室水槽周围的墙壁很久没打扫了。到处都是牙膏溅。我又提了一次这个问题。他们给了我一个微笑和歉意。“我们一定会调查此事,只是抱歉而已。” 以前没人真正关心过这件事,现在都过去了。
太棒了!
我们在这家酒店住了两晚,非常喜欢。我们的房间里有两张床,非常完美,一张床很硬,我丈夫很喜欢,另一张床软得像天堂一样。前台的姑娘们超级友好。酒店地理位置也很棒,就在奥里利亚市中心,街对面就是各种餐厅和咖啡馆。我强烈推荐尚普兰海滨酒店!
虽然地理位置不错,但总体来说还不错。我住的房间感觉有点挤。窗户对着砖墙,看不到风景。房间似乎保养得不太好。冰箱里放着鸡蛋盒,里面装着鸡蛋。没有牛奶(粉状/液体)可以冲咖啡。地毯看起来破旧不堪。淋浴间、淋浴间地板和玻璃门都很脏。
酒店还行,但我不确定我们是否会再次入住。地理位置优越。
浴室里没有毛巾挂钩,淋浴时很不方便。
早餐还可以,但略显简陋。
我们预订这家酒店是因为它的位置和包含停车位。包含的停车位信息完全是误导性的。酒店内有停车位,如果你能找到车位的话。如果找不到,步行不远就能找到一个超额停车场。第一天晚上没有车位,所以他们给了我们一张超额停车场的停车证。第二天晚上,没有停车位,超额停车场的停车证也失效了,我们回到酒店又拿了一张,又回到超额停车场,停车证还是失效了。他们似乎不太在意这一点。我们自己想办法停车。服务非常令人失望。
舒适宜人的睡眠场所
员工友好。房间干净。床很舒服,枕头也很好。3个遮光窗帘非常棒,而且真的好用。早上9点房间就黑了。我睡得很好。酒店位置很好。
唯一的缺点是:
1. 停车位有限
2. 如果你以前没去过前台,很难找到前台。你必须从后门进去,然后走到前台,因为前面没有地方停车和办理入住。
3. 从停车场进入时,需要更多方向指示牌。
