Dirty towel left in room. Squeaky bathroom door. Bin of dirty laundry left in lobby all day.
Difficult driveway entrance.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. I will have maintenance look at that door. Since we are a small hotel most of the staff are crossed trained. The bin of towels you seen in the lobby were defiantly clean towel and probably different bin each time. The front desk staff helps fold when they have down time.

周末度假很棒，房间非常干净，客户服务一流，早餐也不错。
我本来没指望五星级，但这家酒店却没达到我的最低期望值：房间里的备用毯子上沾满了污渍，房间附近的制冰机噪音大得令人不安，早餐简直难以下咽（我吃不下重新加热的煎蛋卷，培根又薄又透明）。下次我还是别住这家酒店了，试试假日酒店。
