This pension is almost at the end of West-Friesland very near the shore. But its terrace overlooks a lake full of ducks, which is nice and relaxing, especially after a long day of exploring the surroundings and the tulip fields. The setting sun gives it a perfect ambiance. The pension itself offers spacious living and dinner room with lots of drink choices. The extra space is all nice as the rooms themselves offer simple chairs and some space. But they offer a decent bed and a hot shower. The area is very silent and though the walls are not all too noise cancelling, you still have quite a good sleep. Reception by the owner is perfect and friendly as is the breakfast. It is quite Dutch but there is enough of everything. There is a 'for sale sign' outside so be quick to enjoy the hospitality of the host

Super gezellig plaatsje, enorm vriendelijke uitbaters. Zeer lekker eten (de gestoomde paling een top aanrader.) Mooie nette kamers en prachtige keuken. Een aanrader als je in de buurt wil logeren, dicht bij stichting Leeuw en het dorpcentrum.
荷兰北部的美景令人心旷神怡。我们中午左右从阿姆斯特丹抵达，立刻就有了宾至如归的感觉。主人热情地邀请我们在可以俯瞰湖景的舒适角落里享用咖啡。之后，我们把行李搬到房间，并听从了热情好客的主人的推荐，驱车前往荷兰第二大动物园，距离酒店约3公里。大约3.5小时后，我们返回酒店，在舒适温馨、装饰一新的“客厅”里安顿下来。晚餐由我们的主厨巴里亲自烹制，我们吃得非常开心。毕竟，他曾在瑞士（苏黎世）和德国（巴特诺因阿尔）的知名厨师门下学习厨艺。晚上，看完电视上的世界飞镖锦标赛后，我大约在午夜时分回到我们那间虽小但维护得非常好的房间休息。我和妻子睡得很好，第二天早上，我们惊喜地发现早餐非常丰盛。除了新鲜的鸡蛋、奶酪、火腿、果酱等等，就连面包卷都是新鲜出炉、热气腾腾的。我们非常喜欢辛迪和巴里，如果以后有机会再去登海尔德附近，我们已经预订了住宿。安吉拉和赫尔曼致以最诚挚的问候。
