Despite calling ahead of our visit to request early check-in as we were attending a wedding, and assured this wouldn't be a problem, the receptionist wasn't particularly friendly or accommodating on arrival. I had also phoned ahead to book a taxi which wasn't arranged either. We waited patiently in the bar area watching while other guests were booked in...The room was average. The bedroom had disabled facilities which were not requested, and there were no glasses or tea cups. Bedding was clean and room was adequately cleaned. The young lady serving at the bar was friendly and more welcoming, I'm not sure we would return based on this visit. It's a shame because the location is good and the grounds looked lovely.

很棒的酒店。地理位置完美，特别适合观看比赛，即使不观赛，这里也十分宜人。风景优美，非常安静。
停车很方便，车位充足。
我们得以提前办理入住，这在比赛开始前真是太棒了。酒吧区域很不错，氛围轻松。员工服务周到。
我们的房间在二楼，面向高尔夫球场，所以景色极佳。房间非常干净。床铺很舒服，床上用品质量一流，枕头是我用过最好的。洗浴用品质量很好，留香持久。毛巾厚实、洁白、蓬松。我们房间有像落地窗一样的大窗户，可以完全敞开。唯一的问题是窗外的置物台（不是阳台）上有很多蜘蛛网和死昆虫。
早餐方面。餐厅同样有着非常轻松的氛围，明亮又干净。食物选择丰富，质量和份量都很好。咖啡是机器冲泡的，但可以选择新鲜研磨的咖啡豆。
酒吧价格相当合理，没有被宰的感觉，酒吧服务人员动作迅速高效。
总的来说，这是一次极佳的入住体验。
作为一家万豪酒店，我觉得它有些陈旧，部分区域不太整洁。地理位置还不错，离我们在林菲尔德村的朋友家很近。房间的清洁度可以做得更好。我住在113号房，窗外正对着酒店前面的下客区，那个区域本可以更干净些，用水管冲一下就能解决。房间里所有的灯具都该换了，因为它们又脏又歪。马桶背面有些发黄。总的来说，如果我们在酒店待的时间更长，可能会更失望，但我们只是在那里睡了一晚。对于万豪这个品牌如此乏味，有些地方亟需翻新，我感到很失望。
我们在这里住得很愉快，尤其要点赞酒店员工，他们都非常友好，服务意识也很强。要不是您发了这份调查问卷，我们本来就打算写信表达对员工的赞赏了。
入住体验很棒，所有员工都非常友好热情。醒来就能看到赛马场的美景，真是赏心悦目。我可以想象，赛马比赛期间，从这些房间望出去的景色一定美极了。
出色的接待人员
除了淋浴水压有点小以外，其他一切都很好，淋浴水压太大，如果不小心就会弄得一团糟
至于接待人员，他们非常出色，乐于助人，Amber D（Amber 2）是礼貌和信息丰富的杰出明星，她应该加薪，酒店有电梯，没有楼梯，非常方便。
位置很好，就在赛马场和高尔夫营地旁边，周围都是大自然。
酒店很干净，但有点陈旧。可以更新一下。
员工很友好，乐于助人，尤其是餐厅的服务员。
食物很好，甚至非常好。
两晚赛车假期
房间不错。比赛当天的景色非常好。酒吧价格有点高。国内车队需要好好打理一下，因为我们到达时发现排水孔里有一团头发。
