Fireplace in room not working. Was told they’d get back to me in 10 minutes and didn’t hear from them for an hour while waiting in the room. Had to go downstairs to lobby and they were unable to resolve the issue or offer any solution. So far so disappointing!!!

I loved everything about our stay but the mattress they had were terribly soft and I couldn’t sleep well.

The site was clean, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue I had was the AC was not cooling the room enough.

We were happy with our stay. Gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to find us a luggage trolly when we were checking out in the morning, it was greatly appreciated

The only problems we had was in regard to when I asked for a conjoined room they said we were given it but in fact we weren’t it was just rooms beside one another.
The breakfast was definitely not what it was said to be no fruit, no eggs, pastries hardly anything at all very dissatisfied with the breakfast.

因为是周末房间紧张久定了一个离景区100公里以外的酒店，没想到路上的风景很美，又节约了住房费用一举两得。
