Rooms, pool area, everything was very clean. Staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh. Would definitely stay again.

The low water volume and low water pressure in the shower was unacceptable.

First time I've ever stayed a hotel where they start cleaning shortly after 5am. Between vaccums running and extremely loud radios.
So loud It managed to wake my kids up.

Booked this room for my mom last minute, she got a flat just outside of High Level while traveling. The staff was very helpful over the phone (yes I was actually able to talk to a person!) and accommodating, and she said the hotel/room was great!

They wanted me to put down a 500 dollar deposit for 2 rooms for 1 night. I paid in cash so I would get it back in the morning. Credit card would have been held for up to a week

Even with the fire evacuation's in progress around the community, the Super 8 Hotel was efficient, courteous and welcoming to all guests .
