My family stayed here for a "staycation" and everything was great - the staff is incredible and works hard to make your stay the best one possible. They're so friendly and offered solutions when something did not go quite as we had hoped. The pool ended up staining my son and husbands swim trunks a white colour. Once I told them, they offered solutions immediately and I was very happy with the result. (And I believe the pool situation was fixed right away and this was a one off!)
The room was incredibly clean. The breakfast was great! The location is quiet- we also didn’t hear other guests at all from inside our room.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay at a great place - and quite honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had.
Special thanks to Ruby and Sam and the general manager (I did not catch his name, unfortunately).

Friendly staff, clean hotel all amenities were working no disappointments. It wouldve been perfect only if they had more food options for their breakfast. Over all it was great though.

The room was real nice except for the shower. We were given an accessible room probably because there was no more available but the shower was not appealing. It was like a painted grey floor with rust and was peeling so we couldn’t even shower. But staff and everything else was great

It was a great stay. Super accomodating for a family with young children! The TV was older so we had to use our own devices to watch the shows of our choosing, but that was literally the only downfall. The breakfast was amazing, so delicious, lots of selection and variety, we really enjoyed it. The pool, water slide, & Hot tub were so much fun for the kids. Great experience overall.

We were greeted with a very nice staff Ruby. She is very accomodating and cheerful. Rooms are clean. Swimming pool and hot tub are great. Breakfast food is absolutely yummy!
