很棒的酒店，住得很愉快。食物非常棒。床很舒服，地理位置也很便利。
酒店干净，房间干净，员工非常友好。食物质量很差，而且对于这家高档酒店的价格来说，简直是平庸之作。令人失望。
前台工作人员对当地或哈利法克斯的美食/活动/景点一无所知。几乎没有什么地方可以步行吃饭或游览。
唯一的步行路线是去眼镜湖 (Spectacle Lake)，但那条路非常崎岖，几乎无人维护。而且也没有人行道。
大堂有一个自助服务亭，上面有各种建议。我打电话咨询了4个活动，结果周五中午都没有营业或接听电话？我周六下午3点去租车，结果所有租车点2点就关门了？真是荒唐。
到处找优步，价格都高得离谱，而且距离又远。我建议住在达特茅斯或哈利法克斯市中心附近，这样可以参加更多活动。
总的来说，这是一个很棒的住处。所有员工都非常友好和乐于助人。地理位置优越，开车去大多数地方都很近。餐厅的食物很棒。
希望外面能有一些长椅或休息区，因为我们住了一个星期，如果能有一个户外呼吸新鲜空气就好了。
绝对是我经历过的最棒的酒店体验。工作人员热情周到，乐于助人。酒店维护得非常好，配备了所有您所需的设施，房间也堪称完美。酒店位于工业办公/购物区，非常安静，交通便利……没有令人头疼的城市交通。餐厅非常棒，工作人员会叫出客人的名字，还会记住他们喜欢喝咖啡还是喝茶等等……感觉就像在游轮上一样。
我对这次入住体验赞不绝口，我们一定会再来的。
入住时的工作人员友好又专业。房间干净舒适，湖景优美。泳池比图片上小很多，基本上只适合小孩子。孩子们喜欢滑梯。滑梯对大人来说有点不安全，因为可能会撞到泳池壁！
我们的住宿体验非常棒！我们的特大床套房非常干净宽敞。早餐包含的早餐非常美味。早上服务员的服务态度很好，但由于客人用餐繁忙，我们不得不等了好一会儿才腾出桌子坐下来，而且续杯咖啡/水也花了不少时间。我们体验了泳池、戏水池和桑拿区，虽然我们自己没用，但看起来对大人和小孩来说都很棒！我们的航班很晚才从哈利法克斯起飞，酒店非常贴心，允许我们延迟退房，并帮我们寄存行李，直到我们出发去机场。总而言之，住宿体验非常棒！
地理位置优越
房间非常安静。很喜欢补水站，我们更喜欢自己补充水。工作人员友好且知识渊博。附近有很多餐厅和购物场所，开车很短。
距离哈利法克斯和达特茅斯市中心也很近。我们是一对夫妻，但孩子们和家人似乎都很高兴。
总体来说，住宿体验很棒！！工作人员很友好，早餐很棒，房间很漂亮！唯一让我不太满意的地方包括：浴室的推拉门关不严；暖气泵整夜滴水的声音；以及被安排在隔壁房间（不过我觉得隔壁的房间应该没人用）。无论如何，我都会再来的！

我最近很荣幸入住这家酒店，一切都超出了我的预期。从抵达的那一刻起，工作人员就热情周到、专业周到。房间一尘不染，宽敞舒适，配备了我所需的一切设施，确保我拥有一段轻松的住宿体验。
酒店地理位置绝佳——靠近一切便利设施，却又不失宁静祥和。自助早餐美味可口，种类繁多，酒店的整体氛围温馨宜人。
我尤其欣赏酒店对细节的关注以及整个入住期间提供的个性化服务。无论是前台、客房服务还是餐厅员工，每个人都竭尽全力让我有宾至如归的感觉。
我会毫不犹豫地再次入住这家酒店，并强烈推荐给所有追求高品质、舒适和卓越服务的人。
很遗憾，我们在Pitch & Pivot餐厅的体验并不好。一只老鼠在餐厅里到处乱窜，包括厨房。我们向工作人员和前台报告了此事。我们不确定餐厅里到底有一只老鼠还是好几只。像万豪这样的酒店，卫生状况怎么会这么差呢？
