Front desk staff was excellent. Had a few minor issues with the room. Very little toilet paper, kleenex was empty, no do not disturb sign.

我的房间在3点还没准备好，就像承诺的那样。婚礼班车3点25分一班，我错过了。3点45分，我的房间还没准备好，所以我不得不打车去婚礼现场。我不知道回来的时候我的房间还能不能准备好。现在是9点45分，我和肯塔基州的行李员在婚礼现场。前台的女士很粗鲁，不乐于助人，却收了我250英镑的押金。这真是最糟糕的经历。谁知道我还能不能有房间和预付的押金，她还让我去利比的洗手间准备婚礼。这根本不符合希尔顿的标准。真是糟糕透顶。
卫生间的风扇无法关闭，噪音大得吓人，但我找不到工作人员帮忙。我的一部电梯也出了问题，这让我有点不安。此外，水压也变了，低到根本没法好好淋浴。我在这里住过几十次，但这将是我最后一次了，因为这家酒店过去几年的质量一直在下降。
我预订了一张特大号床，配有一张折叠沙发，但却得到了一间适合残疾人入住的房间——很不开心。
我们很喜欢每天早上的欧陆式早餐，酒店工作人员非常热情。
