这家酒店简直是个骗局。大家小心!他们会要求你提供信用卡来支付250加元的押金……然后就不退还这笔钱了。就我而言,已经过去13个工作日了,他们还是没有解除这笔扣款。
611房间的淋浴和马桶都非常脏,浴缸里到处都是头发。
好地方,地理位置也很好,下次肯定还会再住。
一切都很好。员工很友好,最重要的是他们都非常专业。
客户服务非常棒,房间和位置都堪称完美!
度假期间短暂停留,非常愉快。
除了客服不太行,其他都挺好的,房间也很不错。
费用是个问题
我们用信用卡预付了房费。
没人告诉我们,这笔250美元的杂费会从你的信用卡上扣除。通常他们只是记录了你的信用卡信息。
令人震惊的是,他们竟然要收取这么高的杂费。此外,我们还要求延迟退房,但没有人回复我们。
第一个房间蜘蛛死了,天花板漏水发霉,不得不换房间。第二个房间的电话坏了,电视也坏了,我们不得不降级,直到我们要求换一间与原价差不多的房间。最后一天,我们不得不再次换到第三个房间。虽然升级了,但房间维护得很糟糕。水槽生锈、窗帘脏兮兮、电器积满灰尘、椅子也很脏。两节车厢的电梯按钮都坏了,而且我们听到了误报,但工作人员没有通知我们。很遗憾,我不会推荐这家酒店。
