Never stay or trust this hotel. What they promise is not what they deliver. I booked this hotel online for one reason only and that’s for the suite with the tub in the room. When I got to the hotel, they informed me that all suites with the tub have been booked out and refused to refund me. You tell me if this is good customer service. BUYERS BE AWARE!!

The hot tub was nice n warm. Clean room. The checkin was slow, had to wait 20 minutes to checkin. No bell to call staff or anything.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, spacious, and comfortable room. We had a king bad with a jecuzzi tub that was in good working order. The continental breakfast had a lot of choice, fresh and tastey. The pool was a nice temperature and perfect for families with it’s all being shallow

We called the front desk as the elevator was making a horrible noise that you could hear in your room. It was so loud it was horrible and we couldn’t sleep. They said they would put it out of service but it kept happening, we called a second time and they said the same thing. but it kept happening my husband told them again the morning that we couldn’t sleep and that they should compensate us. They offered 10% off. Disgusting. Never again.

2) a. 隔壁万豪酒店露台上吵闹的醉汉让我直到凌晨1:30才睡着。
b. 空调的风扇声音太大,嘎嘎作响,根本无法掩盖外面的噪音。
3) 羽绒被太重太暖和。
4) 电梯听起来像是急需维修。
