I’m going to be honest, the hotel was great! The staff and the room were great. It was the area around the hotel. All night long, noisy traffic, cars racing down the road, and not to mention, the emergency vehicles allll night long. My husband and I were woken up each night we stayed at least 4 times due to sirens. We walked to an antique store that is down the road, turned a corner, and there were homeless people, sitting in the alley. I know that’s not the hotels fault, but we felt unsafe due to the homeless on every corner near this hotel, I’m not saying that they were dangerous, but you never know with today’s society.

The room was clean, but spots on the bathroom floor, which might have been stained tile. The staff was okay but not friendly, at least the two gentlemen I dealt with. A young lady helping others was much more personable. A bit annoyed that even as a Bonvoy rewards member, they wanted to charge for breakfast. I asked for a later checkout time to shower after the bike ride I was in town for (2,000+ cyclists and families) and was only offered an extra 1/2 hour.
The worst issue was the street noise. We were on the College Avenue side of the hotel, and it was incessant road noise. Loud trucks, sirens, and a lot of people hotrodding by.

Staff was very friendly. Room very clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have free coffee in mornings in breakfast room. Noisy street and construction site across street not ideal but otherwise a fairly convenient location.

我在预订时没看到停车费是15美元。入住时才发现要收费。我早上7:30离开。停车场积雪有4-5英寸厚，还没清理。前台说不知道什么时候才能清理，说是市政部门的事。我68岁了，酒店也没人主动提出帮我搬行李。停车场在酒店后面，感觉安全隐患很大。我以后不会再住这家酒店了。

我们最初住的房间还不错，直到发现地板上有一块相当大的污渍。跟工作人员沟通后，我们很快就被安排到了另一间房间。之后一切都很好，直到我们去退房。我正在收拾女儿的衣服，捡到一双袜子，问她。她说那不是她的。既然不是我的，我只能假设那是在我们之前住在这里的人的。发现别人的脏衣服真是令人恶心。除此之外，这还是一个好的开始。
电视出问题了
他们的电视系统肯定有问题。频道都对不上。WiFi 也慢得根本没法看视频。真可惜，因为这里位置很好。
