The AC of the room was making loud noise on and off, so we asked the receptionist if we can move to another room and she said they are in full capacity, it was around 3:30pm and the check in time is 4pm and I still see people checking in so how would you say that they have no more rooms. How can you sleep in a noise like that , luckily the weather was cool so we just turned off the AC but the way we were treated is really not acceptable. We will not be staying here again

I love the fact that I could walk out the door and be on the beach! There was also dining options around the beach. My room at the hotel however, it would prove beneficial if the carpet was changed in room painted.

I liked that every room has a balcony with ocean view. The housekeep staff did a fine job keeping up the bed and bath rooms. The front desk employee working when we checked in on Sunday was very kind and helpful. We arrived a couple hours before the stated check-in, since the room was ready she let us check-in early. This was so thoughtful, we enjoyed that whole afternoon on the beach and boardwalk. Her name may be Tamara.
The only recommendation I have for management here is to do some major renovations/upgrades during the off season ie: furniture in bedrooms, more hooks or racks in bathrooms for toiletries and clothes.

The staff was very friendly and courteous,the property very comfortable and accommodating to the needs of their guests. I enjoyed my stay at the property. I have a suggestion, try get the carpets in the property at least bimonthly.

Pool was stated as being heated it was ice Cold. Balcony view was amazing. Can definitely get pass the cold pool.

This room had an incredible view. It was very clean and it was spacious relative to other hotels in the area. The balcony was a plus! This is a minor critique, but the smell of the cleaner was a bit strong for me. This was not a big deal, because we aired out the room for a couple hours and it was fine. If only routine cleaning is needed, perhaps it would be possible to find a cleaner with a less strong smell. Thanks so much, on the whole it was an incredible stay.
