We have stayed here many times. We are always pleased with everything! This time a surprise. The owner of this franchise decided to charge $5.00 a day. for parking!!! Why? Greedy!

Traveling with 2 young kids we wanted a room with a full sized fridge/freezer, enough room for 2 pack n plays, clean floors for our kids to crawl around on, and a full breakfast, and this hotel checked all of those boxes and then some. As a bonus, there were actually 3 high chairs in the breakfast area. This may not seem like a big deal, but I think every other hotel I’ve stayed at with my kids has only had 1, so I can’t tell you how much of a luxury it is to have enough high chairs for multiple kids. Staff are super friendly, grounds are immaculate, and the location is convenient to everything in Roanoke. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

公共区域的空气清新剂味道太浓，真的让我眼睛痒。请勿使用制冰机。空气过滤器自2021年以来从未更换过。我已经直接联系万豪酒店反映此事。有人可能会因此生病。房间质量很差。橱柜磨损严重，浴室瓷砖的填缝剂也脱落了。
我们在这里住了三晚，过得非常愉快。前台工作人员很友好，停车位充足。地理位置非常适合我们的需求。房间很大，配有舒适的床和沙发，而且非常干净。每天的早餐都很美味，不过他们应该能更好地列出每种新鲜食物的过敏原信息。

房间很棒，但有些地方需要改进；比如地毯和衣柜门可以设计得不一样，浴室可以加一张桌子，毕竟空间够大。405房间哦，对了，沙发需要蓬松一下。
这家酒店太棒了！我们接触到的每个人都非常友好热情！酒店一尘不染。厨房设施齐全，尤其方便我们带婴儿和老人出行。床上用品非常舒适，毛巾尺寸也合适。免费早餐美味可口，而且每天都有不同。虽然酒店已有17年历史，但你丝毫不会察觉到它焕然一新，因为酒店的维护工作让它看起来焕然一新。前台的Kim非常热情周到，让我们的住宿体验无比美好！我们找到了新的家外之家，以后每次来这里都会住在这里，而且已经预订了下次的房间。我们非常期待室外游泳池的开放！
酒店干净整洁，员工友好热情。入住一晚，享用了早餐。种类丰富，足以开启美好的一天。咖啡也很棒。
