Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the walls seem uninsulated. I could hear conversations plain as day on each side of me.

Staff was super friendly and checkin/checkout a breeze. Also thought the rooms are really clean. Only complaint is that it’s one of those hotels with doors that aren’t very sound proof at all so you could hear every conversation outside the room and in the hallways.

The staff was super nice, the rooms were clean. Starbucks downstairs is great and their airport shuttle was good too.

Had a great stay~ room and hotel decor is really nice and modern. They do serve Starbucks in the lobby which was nice, but not complimentary. The picture of the nice pantry on the hotels profile pic is a bit misleading; you have to be a platinum member to use it. No pool working either, said out of order but it looks like an awesome pool if they can get it in order. Outlet in bathroom was not working but that wasnt a big deal. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and wonderful from the friendly ladies at front desk to Sir Wesley who ran the complimentary shuttle. Great time in Virginia, already planning our return.

We were quite disappointed in the hotel. When you walked in there was an overall odor and the odor was in the room as well. Our tub had a long black hair in it. Not everything was included. We went to get coffee and they changed us $12 for two coffees. If you are not a member nothing was included. We were surprised we were allowed to use the elevator. Will not stay there again.

前台工作人员非常友好热情。房间属于中档酒店的标准配置。浴室不太干净——地板黏糊糊的，明显很脏，而且还有头发。毛巾倒是干净充足。也许他们只是忘了彻底打扫浴室，因为房间其他地方看起来都很干净——没有异味，床单一尘不染，所有表面都擦拭干净了等等。
我注意到这家酒店的状况相比几年前入住时明显下降。大堂和餐厅/酒吧依然干净整洁，令人感到舒适。然而，电梯、走廊地毯和浴室瓷砖都显得陈旧不堪。酒店员工非常友善热情。
房间破旧不堪。水槽裂了，暖气片裸露在外，油漆修补得很差，椅子也磨损得很厉害。
我喜欢这个度假村！！！
