After we checked in, we went to our room on the fifth floor. My son went into the bathroom immediately came out told me to go check. I went into the bathroom and saw two cockroaches, crawling around on the floor during the daytime. They must be the welcoming committee. I went downstairs and told them that we would not be staying there that night not in that room not in any room because their hotel is infested inside the walls with cockroaches totally unacceptable.

Manager and front d so clerk is as knowledgeable and they resolve my problem with th m they mwk sure I had a nice job on for tonight I live in Md .******* let me down and Home Suite Manager an Front desk clerk was excellent in service .They should be grateful promoted it was on Aug 24 and 25

Customer service was decent but they clearly didnt care. I told them we had rusty pots and we needed useable ones to cook for the week while there. They said ok and didnt do anything about it. We had to spend more money and eat out most of the week. The pool was nice but the kids found black mold. The couch smelled like urine, unuseable.

Concert Trip
From check in to check out, everyone was so friendly. At check in, we asked about restaurants in the area and were given a list with many options and a few recommendations. The room was huge and great. Very quiet. Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. It was replenished regularly and very clean. The dining area was beautiful and also very clean. Checkout was easy. We will stay again.

This property was fine for a night. The lobby and first floor hallway were updated. Our room definitely was not. Musty and old. Also, the advertise having Hilton’s branded mattresses. Our room did not have these. I assume the Hilton mattresses would have been more comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Will not stay here again.

The customer's service was amazing. My TV did work they were so accommodating. The were very professional as we. The place was clean, the entire staff was amazing. the area is safe, convenient to shopping mall and plenty of eateries. I will retun.

Good location. Easy access and lots of food or shopping close by..rooms were nice and great breakfast selection.
