The room was nice and clean, but the door to the closet in my room was missing. The cleaning person only emptied the trash when asked, on the day that I wasn't in the room when they stopped by the trash was not taken out.

Everything was wonderful except the AC wouldn’t work in either room I was in. Our family likes it to be below 70 and it stayed between 75-77 the entire time.

Shower pressure good. Otherwise property poorly kept including maintenance and room cleaning.

Room for sure. Whoever was responsible for the room could have taken some time and made the room neater. Sheets and blankets were not properly put on the beds. Towels in the bathroom look like they were just thrown there. This is what happens when you have people who don’t care.

If there was any complaint it would be that there is only one night by the bed instead of on both sides & not an outlet on both sides of the bed. This doesn’t make sense to me in any hotel. There are 2 sides to a bed so there should be outlets & night table on both sides.

Front desk staff was top notch! We had a delay for our cruise departure and had to add a second night, last minute. She was super sweet and incredibly easy to work with!
