The staff was so great! The only problem I had was the accessible shower, the shampoo and body wash were too high for me to reach but they quickly brought extra bottles.

The lady who check me in was on the phone and didn’t help me tell she was off the phone. Then was standing at the desk for a long time while she couldn’t get me check in. Then the room was nasty there was stain on pillow case and bed . floor was dirty and bathroom was not up kept. I have stay at avid hotel muplite time and this is the first time I ever had a not so good experience . I willn’t be back for awhile

非常干净。位置有点不方便。电脑坏了，导致入住流程很繁琐。
房间很干净，床也很舒服，但服务一般。
员工和服务质量令人失望。空调和Chromecast都坏了。为了空调换了房间。但工作人员对坏掉的Chromecast漠不关心。
当第一个房间的电视出现问题时，服务非常好，解决方案也很快
