I had a wonderful stay at Tru. I gave a 4 star because of the breakfast. The breakfast was just okay, it could have been better.

Clean room, fully equipped, big fridge, microwave, some plates and utensils.
Staff super nice , always ready to help.
Breakfast was very good especially the eggs, bacon and pancakes.
A little bit loud from traffic if you are to close to the highway.

I did not like that when I checked into the hotel and was given a rome upon entering the room.It had not been serviced so I had to go back down to the concierge and have another room assigned

我感到失望和不满！我以为希尔顿的各个方面都堪称一流。我不知道是谁给了4星和5星评价。肯定是员工/点评达人。
优点：位置好，房间大小合适，无障碍设施齐全，员工友善热情，早餐吧台也很漂亮。
缺点：
1. 我第一次预订的时候看了评论。有人评论说床垫上有血迹。我想，没事，已经处理好了……结果！我们收到的床垫还是一样！我当时想吐。我和老公去找前台服务员。他人很好，戴上手套，把所有东西都换了。我当然带了来苏尔消毒液。我们没法换房间，因为酒店的双人床和无障碍设施都订满了。离开的时候，我告诉前台经理和换床垫的那位先生，把床垫扔掉。那床垫不应该在酒店里到处转来转去！真恶心！顺便说一句，我们还是付了全价，更别提那些恶心的东西了！希尔顿应该感到惭愧！
2. 早餐吧很普通。他们有个可爱的煎饼机。令人印象深刻，直到煎饼变硬，尝起来像面团……想象一下冷冻煎饼煎到微微焦脆的样子。我们想吃培根，结果入住期间竟然没有培根！希尔顿，大多数人吃培根，而不是什锦香肠。煎蛋卷里有蔬菜，我吃的是煮鸡蛋。
3. 泳池很小，很私密……考虑到是在室内，水应该稍微加热一下。
4. 商务站不是房间，所以没有隐私。
5. 无线网络不是免费的。仅限会员使用。
我感觉每次通过*******预订，他们总是给我提供最差的房间。
这家酒店的百叶窗坏了。我甚至不得不用衣架把它们撑开，这样白天才能透点光。浴室的墙壁也需要维修，比如墙纸松了，到处都有碎片。
这家酒店给人的感觉不像家一样舒适。几乎要冷了。我再也不会住这个品牌的酒店了。
不过话说回来，也可能是地理位置的问题。
房间宽敞，设施一流，员工非常热情友好，早餐种类丰富且品质上乘。
入住时我订了两间房，但实际上我的房间在同一层。我的一间在三楼，另一间在四楼。我以为如果有两个房间，应该在同一层楼。
房间里的电话半夜响了好几次。我打电话给前台，他们说不知道原因，并让我拔掉电话线。大堂的卫生间一点也不干净。
