住宿体验不错，但对于带小孩的家庭来说有点难。
住宿体验很棒，房子很干净。唯一的缺点是冰箱太小，而且没有微波炉。因为我们带着小孩旅行，所以比较难。现在好像每个像样的酒店房间都有这些设施，如果没有，我会很惊讶。
说实话，大多数人都会说一切都很棒。我只想说说实际情况。这家酒店的整体状况有些陈旧。由于设施比较老旧，所以装潢和设施条件都会比较有限。
我的经历是，我深夜抵达，飞机延误了，结果找不到停车位，而且马桶还坏了……早餐不错，但价格很贵。酒店位置不错，位于市中心，交通便利，有高速公路、购物中心等等。总的来说，对于一个住宿的地方来说，这只是一次普通的体验。谈不上特别出色，也谈不上特别糟糕，只是一个普通的住宿地点。以上是我对这家酒店的个人体验和看法。我想说，其他万豪酒店也散发着美丽和卓越的气息，而这家则略逊一筹。
没有微波炉
我下午2点15分尝试入住
我要求入住顶楼的安静房间，但Brittany告诉我三楼还要45分钟才有空房，所以我就离开了，在车里等到下午3点，尽管我感觉不舒服。
下午3点入住，进房间才发现房间没有微波炉，所以我买的热食等了45分钟就凉了，无法加热，因为我当时太虚弱了，没法回到一楼用微波炉。
我花了176英镑订了一间标有微波炉的房间，结果房间里什么也没有。
更糟糕的是，整晚我都听到关门声，直到第二天早上退房。
我真的需要尽快获得全额退款！
