The night supervisor was not friendly or professional at all during check in. And when we needed to change room as it smelt musky, she did not acknowledge the issue or seem to care. Too bad as the rest of the staff was professional. We had the unfortunate situation where there was no hot water on the side we stayed at and another front duty person quickly changed our room to the other side of the hotel. We found it convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel, so we were able to grab a morning coffee.

Fire alarm went off at 7:00am the first morning, last morning there was no hot water. Went to front desk was basically told oh well. Second time staying here 1st was amazing. Will definitely try it again but just disappointed

We enjoyed our recent stay. We’ve stayed here in the past, and we keep coming back when we’re in the area. It’s a clean hotel and we know what we’re getting. There are no frills and it’s not fancy, but the staff is nice, the room is clean, and the lobby restaurant offers good food. We’ll keep coming back.

In less than 24 hours we had to move to 3 different rooms. Room 1- TV did not work . Room 2- bathroom light didn’t work. Room 3- the phone didn’t work and the room looked worn down. My stay was not enjoyable .

There is a train that passes by early in the morning, daily and blows its horn. The place is very basic.

Do not stay here!!
First off let me say I never do these reviews but I need to warn people that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. First off our tv didn’t work so maintenance had to come and as soon as he left it didn’t work again he came and it didn’t work but we didn’t want to change rooms because we had already unpacked. The room had a weird smell and was not clean at all. Dirty toilet walls u could see where someone punched a whole above the bathroom door and to top it off my boyfriend woke up covered in bug bites literally 10 bites overnight which means they have bed bugs.

酒店很安静，也很干净。要是停车免费就更好了，不过总体来说性价比还是很高的。
