I liked the hotel & accommodations. Very comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful.
The only problem I had was with the TV. No information available to use. I was not able to view.

The carpet was a little worn and needs replacing, however everything was very clean. Nice breakfast to order and included in room rate. Good shuttle service to airport. All Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very impressive.

Wifi connection process (as in all hiltons) is terrible. Multiple steps to make a simple connection is poor and requiring invasive steps to connect - very poor customer service attibutes.

Front desk lady was there at night when i checked in and in the morning when i check out. Friendly and answered all my questions

The staff is very nice. The room is clean and the pool and hot tub are great! This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back.
