Staff at check in were wonderful and helped take care of a special need. The room was great--spacious, clean and quiet. Wonderful hotel!

Elevator did not work, room lock did not work, sports bar was terrible 4 regular TV's on a wall dont make it a sports bar. Chef was missing causing long waits and a beer was 10,=. This hotel badly needs a make over.

The room smells of bleach, stains on the bathroom sink of blood or something. Rust in the bathroom with no ventilations.

We got there and didn’t even check in due to the long wait (over an hour) and also we decided to leave since their elevators were broken and we had a lot of luggage and weren’t willing to leave it in our car (Stockton crime) and too heavy to carry up stairs.

My wife has a leg injury & has difficulty walking. The elevators were out of order. That is a big inconvenience to your guests. I will not stay here again..

I’ve been staying at this property for years, as my daughter lives close. They have done a lot, room upgrades, very nice new carpeting, there is not much to complain about. The hotel is not what it used to be, but nothing is. Here’s my problem. If you’re going to just give me a room (really nothing else interesting) then don’t have and endless flow of Tesla’s with lights, and some noise charging all night, the real issue is price. Why on earth would I pay more than $200, plus tax to stay in this property-when the Hilton Hawaiian Village on the beach in Waikiki? Never have I paid this much, Hilton member, retired, military retired-all within 1 or 2 dollars a night difference. After all these years I gonna move to the La Quinta, same nights were $117.00 night. It’s just a room..

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Stockton (out of 4 hotels). The rooms are modern and look newly renovated. Everything was very clean. The TV was large and looked new. I am very finicky about noise and my room was totally noise-free. There was also a microwave and mini-fridge in the room, which was very handy. There is free coffee in the lobby or you can order a Starbucks espresso drink in the lobby for a small fee. I will definitely stay there again. It is not in downtown, but in north Stockton.

酒店房间大、卫生好,价格也不错。去太平洋大学很快,大致10分钟。
前台员工非常乐于助人。酒店内的体育酒吧还不错,食物就是你期待的那种。酒店位置很好,离你在斯托克顿可能去的所有地方都很近。我会再选择住在这里。
