The hotel is great, it's what you'd expect from Embassy Suites, the location was perfect for our trip, the breakfast is always a plus with the kids. Watch out, the last time we stayed, I don't remember having to pay for parking at this location, but now they charge, nothing changed except a way to sneak in an extra fee when you book online.

It's a favorite for lots of reasons. Value, comfortable, friendly and relaxed. Breakfast great too. Bar service at night excellent and convenient to south Denver area

I didn’t like that we had to pay $20 to park overnight. Seems excessive. I don’t understand having to pay to park at your hotel when we are already paying for the room + exorbitant taxes. It comes across as just one more way to get more money from the customer.

The room was clean, however, the shower had someone's hair caught in the metal of the shower. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good, however on Sunday the pastries were dry and a little stale.

Firstly, having to pay for parking is ridiculous.
The bald man who was tending bar was not very friendly and rather abrupt, the ladies who were tending bar the previous night were so friendly and their drinks were delicious! Everyone I interacted with at the front desk was great, also.
I was staying here for a business trip and my bathroom as well as my co-workers bathroom in our separate rooms smelled terrible, like poop, the entire time. I had to spray my perfume in the bathroom whenever I was in the room to hide the smell.
I've stayed here multiple times over the years and this trip was not as enjoyable as the others.

The place is cozy and elegant. However, my daughter found a bedbug on her bed and she took a video of it. When I reported it to the front desk, they weren't concerned which was frustrating because it was a bedbug!
