What I love about the Embassy Suites is the happy hour drinks and snacks as well as the amazing breakfast! We asked for a crib to be brought to our room and it was there in a very timely manner. The kids had a great time in the pool. This location felt very safe and we had no concerns parking our car outside.

Not cleaning on Friday no previous advice, got a review paper pre signed and pre marked with 5 starts I didn’t marked them , bathroom lock didn’t work , toilet was flushing every time constantly, couldn’t sleep because of toilet , pillows were very bad and flat

It was good all around except that the elevators were broken only one worked. It made it a longer wait to get up to our room. The housekeeping didn’t come by the two days we were there either which was disappointing. The breakfast was awesome the pool was open as well.

Great place at a great price. Overall a great stay. Only one of their 3 elevators work and the breakfast crew were there to get you out by 9, which didn’t foster the most welcoming or relaxing breakfast experience but beyond those two things everything was ideal.

The staff was very helpful. Room 227 hasba sewage odor, the staff gave me air freshener and could have moved me but, i needed two rooms next door to each other

They had a hard time finding my name. I had to.pay for parking, even thlught ylu state the price you show is the final.price.

不记得调酒师的名字了，但他的客户服务非常棒，沟通很顺畅，动作也很快。当然不能忘了美味的早餐，谢谢你们做了美味的煎蛋卷。上周末住的。
卫生间的排气扇坏了，房间和家具都非常老旧过时。
他们不打扫房间，我们不得不坚持要求他们这样做，他们才勉强回答了我们。
