The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast seating was adequate for such a large facility.

位置很棒，服务也很好。室内泳池有氯味，但这也没办法避免。
我预订的一楼房间在我之前就被订满了，尽管我提前办理了入住。房间里卧室/床上有很多活虫。屋顶漏水严重，厨房和卧室都漏水，我们不得不临时打包搬家。搬家后，那天晚上我们忙了一整天回到新房间，发现门锁坏了。我们试了六把不同的钥匙，最后前台经理过来帮我们开锁并更换了门锁里的电池。当时的情况非常不方便。
房间质量差，价格却很贵。墙壁都剥落了，浴室天花板上涂着各种可疑的颜色。空调上还有死掉的槭树椿象，房间里也住着一些。其中一扇外门根本锁不上，不用钥匙就能打开，而且关不严实。省下钱去别的地方住吧。
花这么多钱，结果却没得到应有的东西。好多货车，不过第二天他们悄无声息地走了。停车场一直热闹到晚上11点半，凌晨1点还有人进进出出。车窗玻璃都起雾了，根本看不清外面。附近没什么吃饭的地方，除非开车去克雷格镇。
房间气味难闻，床单都沾满了房间里的异味。热水浴缸坏了，游泳池也老旧不堪，池底的水泥都快要脱落了，感觉就像走在碎石路上一样。
