One of the best we have stayed in. Kelly on reception was so helpful explaining where to go and went best to do it and even on the cog train to sit on the left for the best views. We also appreciated the free coffee throughout the day especially early morning.The breakfast was also excellent. We have no complaints and would thoroughly recommend it

Room wasn’t cleaned in 3 days. WiFi terrible at night . Had to get up at 1pm when everyone asleep for better connection . Staff said someone was coming in the morning to fix it but just excuse as no better next night
Staff said rooms cleaned every 2 days as Marriott policy. Never heard that one before and certainly doesn’t apply in UK. So challenged them why wasn’t cleaned the third day. Staff just lied and said they had asked if we wanted it cleaning but they never did.
On the plus side food was good

Bistro 餐厅的食物非常美味。
我们到达时,一切都很好,前台工作人员非常友好,并且帮我们预订了房间。
我们到达房间时,一切都很好,房间很干净。
我们仔细查看了一下房间,发现浴缸里的油漆已经剥落了。浴缸是刷过的,油漆也剥落了,空调也很吵。
早上,一位穿着西装的工作人员觉得把他那一加仑的水壶放在显眼的架子上是个好主意。
我们在那里住了两天,吃了早餐,Bistro 餐厅里的每个人都非常专业,食物也非常美味。
我对这家酒店唯一的不满是他们好像有吸烟房。虽然我的房间是无烟房,但我整晚都能闻到烟味,这加剧了我的过敏。前台工作人员(Michael)非常棒。
对这家万怡酒店印象很差。停车要付费,没有免费早餐……大堂甚至没有咖啡。我们房间的门锁坏了,走廊天花板上的水管爆裂了,下面只有一个水桶。没有人修理漏水,也没有人清理瓷砖地板上的水,我们不得不穿过地板才能出去。房间布局也不太理想。洗手池/盥洗区没有门,封闭的厕所/淋浴区没有镜子。我丈夫还在睡觉,我根本没法起床准备。我一打开盥洗台灯,他就醒了。工作人员很友好,我们的房间很干净,位置也很方便,但可能不会再住那里了。
到目前为止,因为“Karen”0,我给五星好评。过去一年里,我每个月至少住一次,每次都是一次美好的体验,工作人员非常友好热情,满足我的每一个需求……直到昨晚,我办理入住手续时,虽然有点晚,但还在允许的时间内,大约晚上10点半。我刚走到柜台,一位女士(我猜是经理之类的)就用力地敲打着桌子,气喘吁吁,来回走动,然后抬头看着我说:“现在不是时候。现在是中班换班。”
我礼貌地回答说,没问题,女士,您什么时候方便就什么时候来,我只是来办理入住手续。她翻了个白眼,从我手里抢过我的身份证,开始漫不经心地打字,敲打键盘,好像刚才的折磨还不够似的。当我用实体借记卡支付押金时,她告诉我我的信用卡(我的借记卡)不被允许使用。她无法充分回应。请告诉我原因,这卡和之前一模一样。我已经在同一个地方用了一年多了,每周都要经过这里,往返于州内不同地方的工作地点之间,而且我通常累得连开车一晚上都撑不住。然后她问我出了什么问题,为什么我一直对她那么不耐烦。我回答说:“女士,从我进门的那一刻起,你就一直在对我那么不耐烦。我只是想办理入住手续,回酒店房间睡一会儿。”然后她说,别指望了。
不提供早餐,早上甚至连免费咖啡都没有。而且我根本不知道停车费竟然是每天8美元。我以后不会再住那里了。
