The bed and the pillows were not comfortable. I would suggest a number of capital investments to improve the rooms in general. Not what I was expecting given this was a Marriott property.

The shower was stained and dirty, the toilet didn't flush correctly and the bed was insanely springy. Felt like you were sleeping on an air matress of springs.

We always stay at the Marriott when in grand Junction, good breakfast and diner, this time only a shower problem, the little thingy to switch between bath and shower was broken off so we had to sit on the bath floor to rinse off and the shuttle only picks you up until 6 pm, we arrived at 9 pm due American Airlines changed our tickets , the shuttle was there but they only picked up the crew so we had a $35 uber instead

I'd skip it
I've traveled a lot domestic and international. This hotel is in need of a major makeover. The room is less than accommodating. The AC is old and the unit on wall is taped shut as to not have access to the unit. The wall mounted AC controller didn't work. I alerted the staff. Honestly this is on the franchisee to put some money into this property. It's dated, old and smells old. The next night I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for the same money and it was brand new. Everything worked.
